Peak Rehab Group LLC was born out of a shared vision: to create a space where therapy, movement, and meaningful connection come together to serve people of all abilities.

After decades of working in traditional healthcare settings, our founding team of occupational and physical therapy professionals saw a growing need—a need for programs that go beyond paperwork and protocols, and instead focus on people, progress, and purpose. We wanted to bring the heart back into healing and the joy back into wellness.

So, we created Peak Rehab Group LLC

From therapy services and adapted group fitness to caregiver coaching and concierge support, everything we do is rooted in compassion, clinical knowledge, and the belief that movement, play, and support can change lives.
