WHO ARE WE

​Peak Essentials is devoted to offering personalized support services for residents in assisted living facilities and their families. Based in Plano, TX, we focus on improving daily quality of life through various supportive services, including lifestyle coordination, caregiver education, and emotional support. Backed by a team of therapists, we see the importance of increased training and support for families as a vital part of improving long-term outcomes, reducing caregiver burnout, and enhancing the overall quality of life for both individuals and their loved ones. Our goal is to empower families with the tools, education, and confidence they need to navigate care routines, emotional challenges, and daily living support with clarity and compassion.

Caregiver training but not only that, we also offer caregiver outings services for families that want to take their loved ones out for a half day or so.

Grief Support

Grief Support

We know change is hard for you, but for your loved one it is especially difficult. We offer weekly grief support and life coaching for your loved one when they first move into their new home. Grief is not always the loss of another person, it can be the loss of independence and function as well.

Safety assessement

Safety assessement

An assessment of current needs and safety equipment needed to prevent falls and ensure overall care can be provided to your loved one. With this comprehensive 2-3 hour evaluation, we can ensure your loved one is prepared for each task in every room and also offer ongoing support.

White glove service

White glove service

We offer non medical services for every other need the facility does not offer from a range of services including pet care, sitting services if you need a vacation, laundry, or a little tidying up in your loved ones environment. Starting at $35 for the first service and $15 each additional.

Peak Essentials Standard/Move in

A complete package of all services with 4 weeks of grief support, and home assessment and evaluation from a PT/OT specialist.

For Families new to this change:

  • Custom in-services for family & carestaff on grief, dementia,  communication, transfers ect.

  • Transition support for new admissions and discharges

  • On-call Essentials Manager for resident or staff requests

  • Outings support-we can meet you at a location and assist with transfers and toileting while you enjoy your loved one.

For Assisted Living Facilities, Memory Care, and Group Homes​

  • Custom in-services for staff on grief, dementia, and communication

  • Family liaison support to reduce staff workload
