Our team of experienced therapists provides on-site and mobile therapy solutions that focus on functional independence, pain management, fall prevention, cognitive support, and overall quality of life. Whether serving residents in senior living communities, schools, or private homes, Peak Rehab bridges medical rehabilitation with real-world functionality—helping clients regain strength, mobility, and confidence in everyday living. PEAK ESSENTIALS provides concierge-style non-clinical support services for assisted living, senior communities, and caregivers. From home safety assessments and adaptive equipment recommendations to supply coordination and caregiver education, this service ensures families and staff have the tools and guidance they need to support their loved ones or residents with confidence and clarity.
PEAK LIFE COACHING supports the emotional, mental, and lifestyle goals of individuals and families through personalized coaching and advocacy services. From mindset training and stress management to goal setting, confidence building, and navigating care systems, this service empowers individuals to overcome barriers and take control of their health, habits, and future. (Life after disability & illness) Parental development coaching is also available.
ADAPT PLUS+ is our inclusive movement and play-based program created for individuals of all abilities. Through group-based adaptive fitness, sensory-friendly activities, and socially engaging recreational games, we promote physical activity, creativity, and participation for children and adults with special needs, disabilities, or sensory challenges in schools, day programs, and group home settings.
Peak Dynamix is a specialized performance and injury prevention program under Peak Rehab Group, designed to improve strength, mobility, and functional movement for all ages and ability levels. By combining expert rehabilitation, corrective exercise, and wellness coaching, Peak Dynamix helps clients prevent injury, recover faster, and perform at their personal best—whether in daily life, work, or sports.
