At Peak Rehab, we prioritize your wellness and satisfaction. Our services are provided by licensed and certified professionals and are scheduled with the intention of delivering high-quality care and attention. Please review our refund policy below:
1. Service-Based Appointments
All payments for completed therapy, wellness, or fitness sessions are non-refundable. Fees cover the professional’s time, preparation, and delivery of services.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee up to the full session cost.

Clients who prepay and cancel in accordance with the 24-hour policy may apply the payment to a future session.
3. Package Purchases

Packages or prepaid sessions are non-refundable once any session has been used.

If no sessions have been used, a refund may be issued minus a 10% administrative fee.

Unused sessions may be transferred to a family member or friend with prior written notice and approval.
4. Wellness Products or Merchandise

Refunds or exchanges on physical products (e.g., adaptive tools, wellness kits, merchandise) are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided items are unopened, unused, and in original condition.

Digital downloads, customized items, or health-related products are non-refundable.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds due to medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.
