Service Description

Our Senior Concierge Consult offers in-home care focused on maintaining independence and improving quality of life for older adults. Tailored wellness plans are developed by our experienced therapists to address the unique health needs of seniors. We provide a 2-3 hour consult on caregiver training, home assessment, provide a treatment session by a OT/PT or evaluation and discuss treatment & wellness options. Call us
